This is the most important cornhole event in Canada for 2024. Players can win over $30,000 in total.There are 19 different contests. People of all ages and skill levels can join.

Canada’s National Cornhole Championship BIG CORNHOLE CONTEST IN CANADA August 22-25, 2024 Come to Ottawa for Canada’s biggest cornhole competition.

The best professional players will also have their final matches here. It’s happening at the EY Centre.

Sign Up Before the Event For all Canadian Players

  • The schedule might change
  • Use ACL Digital Wallet to pay, no cash
  • No money back if you cancel less than 2 days before event starts
  • You can’t give your spot to someone else
  • Click “Register” above to sign up
  • You need an ACL player account
  • Put money in your ACL Digital Wallet before signing up
  • Make sure your phone number and email are correct in your account
  • Special members can sign up early:
  • Diamond and Platinum: from April 19
  • Gold: from May 3 (if spots left)
  • Everyone else: from May 29 (if spots left)
  • Online sign-up ends 2 days before event
  • After that, you can sign up at the event if spots are left
  • No sign-ups in the last hour before event starts
  • For team games, only one person signs up the team
  • For single games, each person signs up themselves

HOW MUCH IT COSTS TO PLAY AND WHAT YOU CAN WIN

Doubles:

  • Members pay: $100 per team
  • Others pay: $120 per team
  • Most 128 teams can join
  • 60% of money goes to winners:
  • Best players get 80%
  • Next best get 15%
  • Third best get 5%

Singles:

  • Members pay: $50 each
  • Others pay: $60 each
  • Play in your skill level only
  • Most 64 players per group
  • 60% of money goes to winners:
  • Advanced get 60%
  • Competitive get 25%
  • Intermediate get 15%

Big Swap:

  • Members pay: $30 each
  • Others pay: $40 each
  • Most 256 players
  • 60% of money goes to winners

Big Blind Draw:

  • Same as Big Swap

Open, Competitive & Intermediate Blind Draw:

  • Same as Big Swap

Women’s, Seniors Singles:

  • Members pay: $40 each
  • Others pay: $50 each
  • Most 64 players per group
  • 60% of money goes to winners

Junior Singles:

  • Members pay: $20 each
  • Others pay: $30 each
  • Most 64 players
  • 60% of money goes to winners

Important:

  • $10 per day is added to some costs for venue fee
  • Late sign-up costs more
  • Pay with ACL Digital Wallet only, no cash
  • Sign up ends 2 days before event starts

HOW THE GAMES WORK

Doubles Rounders:

  • All teams start in one big group
  • Each team plays 6 games
  • First game is against a random team
  • Next games are against teams with similar wins
  • After 6 games, teams are split into 3 groups based on how well they did
  • Each group then plays a tournament where you’re out after 2 losses
  • All games go to 21 points

How Teams are Split:

  • Best teams go to Tier 1 (64 teams)
  • Other teams split equally between Tier 2 and 3

ACL Swap:

  • Each player plays 4 games with 4 different partners
  • After 4 games, players are put in 3 groups based on how well they did
  • Each group then plays a tournament where you’re out after 1 loss
  • All games go to 21 points

Other Games:

  • Most other games use a system where you’re out after 2 losses, unless we say different
