Cheyenne County Rotary Club Hosts Cornhole Tournament

The Cheyenne County Rotary Club is hosting a fun cornhole tournament during Gold Rush Days. This new event is called the ‘Cornhole Showdown.’ The money raised will help pay for bus passes for Sidney Public Schools students during the 2024-2025 school year.

Cheyenne County Rotary Club Hosts Cornhole Tournament, The tournament will happen on Saturday, June 8 at Legion Park. The cornhole boards will be set up for adult court measurements. Each game has a 30-minute time limit. The boards provided may have different surfaces since they are loaned for this event.

The tournament will have double-elimination format and a maximum of 32 teams. You can pre-register until June 4. Pre-registration costs $20 per team. Registering on the tournament day costs $25 cash only. If you pre-register, you get one free entry into the Sidney Gold Rush Days raffle. Go to to pre-register as a team.

Check-in is from 11am to 11:45am. The rules will be reviewed at 11:45am. Round 1 starts at noon.

You can buy snacks and bottled water at the check-in table with cash only.
